2016 Week 7 NFL Fantasy Picks and Lineups

2017 NFL Week 7 Fantasy Football Picks

FanDuel and DraftKings Week 7 PicksWell a lot of fantasy football lineups blew up last week with injuries to Aaron Rodgers and Jameis Winston causing some to simply shut off their TV’s. We actually cashed in a lineup in the Fantasy Football Millionaire even though we had Winston…imagine the possibilities!

The Fantasy Picks for our partner sites DraftKings and FanDuel last week were for the most part pretty good again and we cash in a bunch of lineups thanks to guys like Melvin Gordon, Gronk, Marvin Jones Jr., Deshaun Watson and Hunter Henry.

NFL Week 7 doesn’t have any games on the board that scream out for fantasy points so picks for FanDuel or DraftKings Fantasy Picks will be all over the board this week. Some games you could focus on are: Bengals/Steelers, Saints/Packers and for the FanDuel Sunday Million you should definitely look at the Falcons/Patriots game.

FanDuel Fantasy Picks for the Sunday Million

QB – Quarterback Picks

Tom Brady $9,200 - Matt Ryan $8,700 – FanDuel is the only DFS site of the two big ones that is carrying the Sunday night game. I expect this to be a shootout based on the history of last year’s SuperBowl. Pick either QB, they will both have good games – which one will be better? Who knows. I will lean more towards taking Matt Ryan at a cheaper price, the revenge factor and a weaker Patriots D right now.

RB – Running Back Picks

LeSean McCoy $7,900 - Shady hasn’t scored yet all year. That may not be a total shock given the Bill offense is pretty bad but still. TB isn’t a strong defense and McCoy is due for a breakout game.

C.J. Anderson $7,100 – One week good, one week bad – this week good? The Chargers aren’t going to intimidate anyone and with the loss of Sanders in Denver for at least a week I can see the Broncos running the ball more this week.

WR – Wide Receiver Picks

A.J. Green $8,500 – Historically AJ Green hasn’t had the best games against the Steelers but coming off a bye week and the Steelers not playing at a top level this could be a great week for Green.

Michael Thomas $7,700 – Hands up if you had Thomas last week in lineups…yea, us too! So why go back to him this week? Even without Aaron Rodgers this could be a high scoring game and Drew Brees is bound to get Thomas back on track against a weak Packers secondary.

TE – Tight End Picks

Rob Gronkowski $8,500 – We said last week…Take Gronk. This week we say again…Take Gronk! He cost a lot more at FanDuel but he is the safest TE option out there.

Defense

Carolina Panthers $4,900 – I am a Bears fan and so far I am not sold on Mitch Trubisky as a QB. Long term he may be great but right now the Bears are treating him with kid gloves and this week he faces a good defense in the Panthers. This will be a bad lesson for Trubisky.

DraftKings Fantasy Football Picks for Fantasy Football Millionaire

QB – Quarterback Picks

Ben Roethlisberger $6,200 – Big Ben looked OK against a tough Chiefs team in getting the win. He still has a ton of weapons to use and this game has the potential to become a shootout.

Brett Hundley $5,100 – If the Packers are going to have any chance of winning against the Saints they will need to out score them. Hundley is the backup and will have a full week of 1st team reps to prep for the Saints. Expect some INT's for Hundley but I also expect some TD's and a lot of yards.

RB – Running Back Picks

Jay Ajayi $5,200 – Facing the Jets I don't see the Dolphins coaches asking Jay Cutler to win this game for them. Expect a healthy dose of Ajayi running the ball to wear down the Jets D and hopefully some redzone chances come along with it.

Joe Mixon $5,000 – The new Bengals offensive philosophy includes getting the ball into Mixon's hands. He will still split carries but he gets PPR targets and yards which will help your DraftKings Fantasy Football Millionaire Lineup.

WR – Wide Receiver Picks

Dez Bryant $7,800 – Dez and Dak seemed to have clicked lately and Bryant should get a bunch of looks and targets this week against the 49ers. If 'Zeke isn't playing then the Cowboys may really try to run up the score to make up for a worse run game.

Bennie Fowler $3,300 – With Emmanuel Sanders out this week and Demaryius Thomas hobbled Fowler will get a bunch of targets this Sunday. He's not a top line DraftKings Pick but at such a cheap price he's a nice option to fill in a lineup. Expect him to have a high ownership too!

TE – Tight End Picks

Austin Seferian-Jenkins $5,000 – Scored 1 TD last week and should have had a 2nd that was called back. Bad calls aside, Josh McCown feels comfortable throwing to him and he should get some more targets against the Dolphins.

Defense

Miami Dolphins $3,100 – The Dolphins somehow not only managed to hold the Falcons offense to 17 points - they came back from 17-0 to win the game. The defense faces the Jets who aren't as good as the Falcons.
