2017 NFL Week 17 Fantasy Football Picks
NFL Week 17 brings all the NFL games together to one big Sunday which gives fantasy players a lot of choices...but is also the most unpredictable week for fantasy players.
A few teams are playing for playoff lives, some are playing for seeding and some have players playing for jobs next year.
On the flip side some teams are playing to avoid injury and will pull starters based on how the game is going.
One fantasy football strategy is to focus on just the teams that have something to play for and some players will focus on Sleeper picks and look at backups that could get the most touches in week 17.

QB – Quarterback Picks
Drew Brees – DK $7,600 - FD $8,200 – The Saints have nothing to play for but Brees may want to end off the 2016 season with a bang!
Aaron Rodgers - DK - $7,700 - FD $8,800 – In one of the few games that matter Rodgers will be looking at scoring as much as possible to get the Packers into the playoffs. Stacked with Jordy Nelson should get you a boatload of fantasy points.
Matthew Stafford - DK $6,000 - FD $8,000 – If you want to be a bit contrarian, take Stafford at a lower cost and see if he can pick apart the Packers secondary. This game could be a shootout and Stafford can hold his own.
RB – Running Back Picks
Demarco Murray - DK $6,300 - FD $7,800 - With Mariota out the rest of the year the Titans will look to use Murray as much as possible. The Texans may stack the line to stop Murray but they may also rest starters too.
Fitzgerald Toussaint - DK - $4,300 - FD $4,500 – A very DEEP Fantasy Sleeper Pick for this week! Bell will rest, DeAngelo Williams is still recovering from injury and may be the starter but if the Steeler rest him then Toussaint is the next man up. Facing the Browns gives any RB a chance for a big day.
Alfred Blue - DK $4,300 - FD $5,600 – Lamar Miller will rest up his injury for the playoffs so Alfred Blue will be the main back once again. This will be a low scoring game and Blue should be looked at because of his low cost.
WR – Wide Receiver Picks
Jordy Nelson - DK $8,100 - FD $8,200 – Stack him with Aaron Rodgers if you truly think that the Packers will be in a shootout with the Lions.
Michael Thomas - DK $6,700 - FD $6,700 – Both Thomas and Cooks are getting their targets and are pretty evenly spread out but there should be enough to go around against the Falcons on Sunday.
T.Y Hilton - DK $7,600 - FD $7,800 – The Colts have nothing to play for but pride and Luck and Hilton may want to end 2016 on a high note. Hilton has had nice statistical year in terms of yards but only 6TD's so he may want to add to that.
TE – Tight End Picks
Greg Olsen - DK $5,500 - FD $6,900 – Statistically he's been a bit down the second half of the season but he did have 12 targets last week. Olsen can have a breakout game at any time so he's always worth a look.
Kyle Rudolph - DK $4,600 - FD $5,900 – Facing the Bears defense could see Rudolph end his year with a bang! Great price at both FanDuel and DraftKings.
Defense
Tennessee Titans - DK $2,900 - FD $4,600 – Titans/Texans is the lowest O/U of the week with two second string QB's starting. I like both defenses to have nice days.
Baltimore Ravens - DK $3,000 - FD $4,500 –The Ravens and Bengals have nothing to play for but the Ravens defense have been good all year and may want to finish of their season with a low score against the AJ Green-less Bengals.
