2017 NFL Week 1 Fantasy Football Picks

The 2017 NFL Season is finally here and we are excited about fantasy football and looking forward to week 1 at all the online daily fantasy football sites...

Normally, we offer FanDuel Week 1 NFL picks or DraftKings Week 1 NFL picks for events such as the Fantasy Football Millionaire at DK or the FanDuel Sunday Million...but for 2017, there's an unbelievable and crazy promo going on at DraftKings.com that we can't resist to "just take a shot at"...

THE BILLION DOLLAR LINEUP!

DraftKings Billion Dollar Lineup

I mean, why not take a shot, right? It is free to try and in that 1 in a Zillion chance that you nail it, you will be a baller for life with $1,000,000,000 to play with - can you say front row seats at the Super Bowl EVERY YEAR???

Anyways, here is our crack at the can...and we DON'T mind if you copy our lineup as there is enough dough to share to go around!!

DraftKings Billion Dollar Lineup

To win the Billion Dollar Lineup contest, you must draft the PERFECT ROSTER for week 1. Let's take a shot...

NOTE: Due to the postponed Miami vs. Tampa Bay game, which has been moved to week 11, we had to adjust our lineup removing Jay Ajayi and tinkering with other roster spots to comply with the $50,000 salary cap.

QB Matt Ryan (Atlanta) $6,900 – He should have won the SuperBowl and won the MVP, but we all know what happened - it was a nightmare that won't ever be forgotten. Atlanta won't be out to just win this year, they will be out to destroy as they will never believe a lead is safe again. Playing Da Bears in week 1 will be easy pickings for this high powered offence and we promise Matt Ryan will be the MVP of this game!

RB Ezekiel Elliott (Dallas) $8,100 – We had Jay Ajayi going, but had to alter things when the Miami game was postponed due to Hurricane Irma. Elliott should be stoked not having to start any suspension and should be running circles around Jason Pierre-Paul.

RB Todd Gurley (LA) $6,000 – We are taking a big chance here with Gurley coming off a horrible season where he was supposed to be the next Adrian Peterson... But, LA has their beloved Rams back in town and this is the home opener and Gurley has a lot to prove.

WR Taylor Gabriel (Atlanta) $4,000 – While most would say Julio Jones would be the no-brainer to stack with Matt Ryan for the opener, we can't blow our whole salary cap on those 2...so we are gonna give Gabriel a shot to grab a couple TDs and get the most points at WR.

WR Larry Fitzgerald (Arizona) $5,900 – He may be past his prime, but what a great season last year again! Fitz will be out to prove he is a legend and not just a great wide receive in his likely his last year before visiting Canton.

WR Alshon Jeffrey (Philadelphia) $5,800 – Definitely something to prove for Jeffrey after being wasted by the "Curse of Cutler" in Chicago... This guy has talent and now it can be unleashed. We are just hoping there is some chemistry early between Alshon and Carson Wentz.

TE Zach Ertz (Philadelphia) $3,500 – Ertz is the favorite targe of Carson Wentz and this game could be a shootout. Ertz should rack up completions and a TD or 2.

Flex Martavis Bryant (Pittsburgh) $6,000 – Bryant is itching to get back on the field after being suspended last year. What a better way to practice your skills than against the Browns?

Houston DST $3,800 – Although the Bills might be the favorite to dominate the defence against the lowly Jets this week...we are gonna go with Houston in an emotional defensive game following Hurricane Harvey. J.J. Watt is back and will lead the sack attack vs. the Jags.

There you have it...not only a Billion Dollar Lineup, but a winning lineup for various games at sites like DraftKings, FanDuel and up and comer, Fantasy Draft - you should check them out!
